I had a great stay! I stayed here over the Summer, and everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The place had everything I needed and was a great spot to stay while I was in the area. The host was very friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout my visit, and I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again!

The owners were amazing extremely responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with, which made the entire stay smooth and stress-free. They were always available if I had a question and made sure everything was comfortable. The space itself is quiet, clean, and well-maintained, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the location is excellent, with convenient access to shops, restaurants, and major roads, while still feeling private and calm. Davis and his wife were my host for about 3 months from July-October and I had an excellent experience with them. The residence as fantastic and to top it off if there was ever an issue, they were quick to resolve anything. If you ever need a place to stay in the Herndon area I recommend trying to stay with them!

Amazing stay!

I stayed here for a month, and really enjoyed the stay! The neighborhood is quiet and in a good location, and the 2 bedroom basement is newly renovated and nicely furnished. It's also very private with the separate entrance in the back and the walls are insulated so it's pretty quiet inside. Highly recommend to any renter!
