This is a comfortable studio apartment on a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood in the midtown area. Drury University is just down the way, and Cox North (hospital) is across the street - convenient, if that's where you're working, and never noisy or inconveniencing. Commercial Street, with restaurants, coffee shops, a chocolatier, tattoo parlors, bars and a dance studio is a short walk away. The central location is convenient to pretty much everything in Springfield. The Doling Family Center is two miles up the road. It has a gym, an aquatic center, pool tables, etc. The rates are good and the facilities are excellent. Daniel, the landlord is, as he says, pretty low key and easy to deal with. He is also driven and talented. Fun to talk with and well-informed. Highly recommended.
