Cozy, clean and great location!
I stayed here for the last two months while working at Mercy, which was only a 10 minute drive away. I was very impressed with how clean everything was upon arrival. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything I needed. It was also nice to have my own driveway and parking space right next to the back door. It is an easy walk/drive to Beaverdale and nearby restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Perfect place to stay in Des Moines!
I am a travel nurse and stayed at this property in Des Moines over the summer. It is newly remodeled and very nice inside! Super cute and safe neighborhood. The landlord is wonderful! He is quick to reply to messages and made the space very inviting. I highly recommend staying here if you need a place to live in Des Moines. Quick assess to the highways to get anywhere in town in under 20 minutes.
