Negative Experience

Negative review, odor in the condo took weeks to remove. Condo was not properly cleaned. Dirty rugs with soil underneath. I left the condo in better shape than it was when I moved in. I was complemented on the cleanliness of the property upon departure and was asked where all the cleaning supplies were...well how do you think the condo was cleaned? 60 days to receive the deposit back. Now I discover that I will be charged for the cost to replace the cleaning products amongst other things. I paid $7500 for 3 months, I believe that that should cover the cleaning supplies cost. I misplaced my mailbox key and was initially charged $100 to replace it. I went over $150 one month on utilities and was requested to pay the difference. Do not make the mistake that I did with this property.

Good Rental

During my work assignment in Colorado, I stayed at Laurens home and had a great experience. The house was quiet and well-equipped, including a large TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Good locations with nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and local trails.

Lauren's Place

I feel very fortunate to have discovered this wonderful place to stay. I came to Arvada to watch my new grandchild for two months and didn't want to stay at my daughter's . Lauren's place was perfect 3 min drive or 20 minute walk. It was well appointed, clean and cozy---- I wanted for nothing. I enjoyed the electric fireplace on chilly nights and the garage was a bonus you don't often get in rentals. Lauren is a great host very accommodating and efficient. I would to stay again if I needed to.

Cutest house and best location!

I rented from Lauren over the summer and I could not have been happier with my stay. The house is fully equipped with any amenities you may need. The location is unbeatable, less than a half hour into Denver, close to Boulder, an hour to Rocky Mountain, and easy access to all roadways. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a local park just across the street. Many different grocery store options that are very close and convenient to the house. The house itself feels like home even though you are staying in a new place. Lauren is super responsive should any questions/issues arise. She really cares about her place and hopes that you enjoy it as much as she does, I know I certainly have. If I am ever in the area again, I would definitely reach back out to Lauren and stay at this wonderful house!

Comfortable and peaceful home

I rented Lauren's home for the past few months while in Colorado for a work assignment. Very comfortable home with all the amenities needed for my stay. Wonderful, peaceful neighborhood. I loved going for walks from the house, exploring trails through neighboring parks, and meeting some very friendly people along the way. Convenient to shopping and the Colorado Rocky mountains.
