Rotating student

I stayed at Neda's for a month while rotating at Cedars-Sinai. Her place is beautiful and was exactly as pictured. I had a lot of space to myself in the apartment, including an en-suite bathroom. Her apartment is also in a perfect location. I didn't have a car, but it was an extremely easy walk to Cedars. It was also a short walk to the nearby shopping center as well as Trader Joe's. The Beverly Hills public library is also nearby for when I needed to get work done, as well as tons of shopping in the Beverly Hills area. Neda was also super accommodating and helpful during my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Needed a place to stay while transitioning and I couldnt have asked for a better room and roommate! Neda is such a sweetheart, so clean, and was very helpful with accommodations. Lots of closet space and a very private room. The best part for me was how close it was to stores and coffee shops, its a very safe neighbourhood which was an important factor for me. Would definitely stay again if needed!!

Clean & Cozy

Neda was incredibly welcoming from the minute we chatted on the phone. The apartment was so clean and cozy. It looked EXACTLY like the pictures. I cook quite a bit and Nedas kitchen was equipped to handle all of my needs. The apartment is conveniently located to a number of shops, restaurants and grocery stores which makes living here a dream. Neda is easy to live and get along with. She is super respectful and kind. Would recommend - 10/10. For

DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE!

I'm a travel RN. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS FILTHY PLACE. No proper process and agreement. Technically I stayed for 14days (since I go home on my off days) and did not finished a month stay. And THE LANDLORD CAN'T BE REACHED TO GET MY DEPOSIT BACK! This is SO UNFAIR and UNJUST!

Perfect stay in Beverly Hills

I stayed with Neda for 1 month while working at Cedars Sinai hospital. Neda was very welcoming and personable, and a great roommate to have during this stay. The room was well decorated and fully private, and Neda was great about making space for me in the kitchen for anything I needed. I had early mornings and late nights at the hospital, and being walking distance from the hospital was amazing. The apartment has a garage with double parking, which was completely fine since I worked most of the time but if I needed to use my car it was very easy and fast - Neda provided me with the keys/remotes needed to feel safe and come in and out as needed. The apartment is also located near amazing restaurants, bars, and workout classes to fill all my needs.
