Loved our Stay!
Can't say enough about this rental. Great location, clean, great parking, safe and all the amenities as home. We took advantage of the Wheland Riverpark Trail and walked or rode our bikes everyday. Publix and restaurants nearby and an amazing view of Lookout Mountain. Les, the owner, was receptive and made our stay wonderful. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Enjoyed my stay here - had lots of space and all the conveniences you need in a home away from home! I really loved having a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and full sized kitchen space to cook in again as housing at my last assignment was lacking in these areas. There's plenty of parking, lots of conveniences right on the same street as the house (fast food, Publix, car wash, coffee shop, CVS), it was always quiet, and it's close to the higher and within 10 minutes of downtown. It is on three levels, essentially with a room on each level, so you'll climb lots of stairs during your stay.

Cute, cozy townhouse
I enjoyed my stay here at the townhouse! The place comes with everything you need. The kitchen has all the equipment, I did so much cooking here. I like how there was a security system, I always felt safe. There are balconies off all the floors and it was really beautiful to sit outside. The location is close to downtown. Les was always available if I needed something. I highly suggest choosing this townhouse for your rental needs!

Best Place
Great place in an awesome location with lots to do. From the bike path, the restaurants, and to being super close to town; amazing place to stay. Les was great and easy to get hold of and made sure I never needed anything. Great lil neighborhood area and some amazing restaurants just around the corner. Definitely worth it if in the area for work for several months.

Amazing Townhouse & Landlord!
By far the BEST place I've EVER stayed while travel nursing!! Very convenient, on quiet street. The townhouse had everything you could possibly need & more! LL was amazing, quick to respond & checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely check with him first to see if it's available!!
