A wonderful stay!

My recent extended stay was an outstanding experience from start to finish. It has set a new standard for what I hope for in a short-term rental. Heather is, without a doubt, one of the best hosts I have encountered, consistently professional, remarkably responsive, and genuinely invested in ensuring their guests have a seamless and pleasant stay. The unit itself perfectly matched the listing's description and photographs. I was impressed by the spotless cleanliness and the thoughtful, modern presentation upon arrival. The kitchen was fully equipped for preparing meals, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was essential for my needs. Furthermore, the building and neighborhood felt safe and well-kept, adding to the overall sense of ease during my stay. Highly recommend!

Do Not Live Here!

The hosts are not the actual owners, which caused issues with payments and lease terms. I paid $2,500 (1000 a month 500 deposit) upfront but rent was never prorated as promised. Later, they tried to change the lease notice from 30 days to 24 hours, which violates Chicago tenant laws. The house was not clean no sheets, pet odor, and dog waste outside. The hosts were always home despite saying Id have the first floor to myself. Their child gave food to my toddler, who nearly choked, and they blamed me instead of taking responsibility. They also burned incense daily, affecting the air in my room. Another tenant was moved in without notice, and when I moved out, they ignored my messages about returning the deposit until I showed up in person. This property is completely misrepresented and unprofessional. I have documentation and reported everything to Furnished Finder.
