Great Condo, Friendly Neighbors

We stayed here for 6 months. The condo is a nice size, has everything you need, and taken well care of. It also had a nice outback area right on the canal. We always felt safe, taking many walks nearby with our dogs. It is close to lots of shops and food right off of Camelback. Our favorite amenity though was the pool we used daily. Thank you John for a nice stay!

Great rental

I rented this condo for two months while I was transitioning with my move to Phx. The owners were quick to respond and were very reasonable and nice people. The condo itself was a large one bedroom. Good light, plenty of space, great kitchen and bath and a wonderful queen mattress. It had everything I needed. The pool is nice and kept clean and the complex was quiet. I was never woken up by neighbors or traffic. There is a laundry room on property and it charges $2 per load. You use an app on your phone to pay. This condo also has a private, fenced backyard with a locking gate that leads to the canal where I would go walking. Lots of people bike and walk the canal. The neighborhood is awesome and so I ended up finding my permanent home in this neighborhood because I like it here so much. There is Fry's, Whole Foods and Trader Joe's and Safeway all very close. Tons of restaurants and shopping and is also super close to the 51 freeway. It was the perfect short term rental for me.
