10/10 Great stay
My daughter and I loved our 6 month stay here. Matt and Nicole were awesome hosts. The apartment is updated and cozy. Street parking was never an issue and the neighborhood is close to many things. Safety-wise, I felt fine leaving my teenage daughter home in the area. Any questions or concerns, Matt addressed immediately. My daughter was as sad to leave this apartment as she was to leave Colorado altogether. Ill definitely be reaching back out if my work takes us back to the area.
