Great Location, Great Place!

I had a 3 month long internship in Asheville, and Rob's place was the perfect fit for that. The location is great, only about a mile from downtown. It was within walking distance of several little parks, and the Biltmore Fitness gym. The loft had everything I needed to cook, relax and watch some TV, and it served as a homebase for all the hiking and exploring I could imagine when I wasn't working. I highly recommend!

Great place to stay

I rent this place for 3 months while working at Mission Hospital. It was the best choice after I looked so many places in person. I walked less than 15 minutes to the unit every working day, avoided parking issues where most big hospitals encounter. My husband and little Pup were very pleased too because this safe, nice, quiet, and friendly neighborhood, plus so many recreational places just nearby like Biltmore Village, Antique shops, River Arts district and downtown etc. The inside of house is very comfortable and cozy too. The landlord is always responsible whenever I have questions. Highly recommend it!!!

Peaceful Getaway

Stayed here with my girlfriend and another couple for a weekend get away. The location was easily accessible from the interstate, which is convenient for someone driving in a new town. The parking was simple and there was enough space for all of our cars. The bedrooms were cozy and we were very comfortable sleeping on the beds. The washer and dryer were also a huge plus for the stay, didnt have to travel back home with dirty clothes. We cooked breakfast every morning and I was happy that there were enough coffee cups for all of us. In the evenings we played games around the table and strolled through the neighborhood where we found a nature trail and a historic graveyard! We also discovered we were in walking distance to Hi-Wire Brewing! Its a very unique house in a cool spot. Would definitely stay again

Quaint Home In Asheville

My wife and I stayed at this quaint home for a long weekend in July. There was plenty of parking, enough for 4 cars. The upstairs is where the living area, bathroom and bedrooms are. Bedrooms were clean with plenty of blankets to keep you warm if you go up in the winter. The window unit was turned on, and the entire upstairs area felt cool in an instant. The bathroom has the washer and dryer, both are working properly, and get the job done. The living room/table/kitchen area was clean and neat for us to make a nice meal, enjoy it, then relax on the couch and watch a movie. For things to do nearby, downtown Asheville was a quick drive/uber away. There were also several restaurants, some open late, and a brewery within walking distance downhill. All in all, a nice long weekend in Asheville staying at this wonderful home. We would definitely stay again.

Cozy and Convenient

My mother and I spent a week here last summer to celebrate her retirement and had a wonderful time walking around the Kenilworth neighborhood and to the shops and restaurants in Biltmore Village. All the surrounding hills offer a great low-impact workout! We found the cleverly designed kitchen space perfect for preparing meals together when we didn't want to go outwhich wasn't often, as there are so many great options all around. Walking to French Broad River Brewery and Hi-Wire Brewing were highlights, and the travel time to downtown, antique stores, and more made this location convenient. The dining area was spacious enough to spread out and play games, and we spent hours reading comfortably in the living room. We loved our time here in Asheville, and you will too.

Filthy

Process leading up to my intended 3mo rental was easy. However upon arriving at the unit I found it extremely dirty. Caked on sticky dust all over most surfaces, giant globs of hair on the floor, and the bathroom was the worst, looking like it had never been cleaned. I reached out and was told it would be a few days before someone could clean it and was only given short dismissive responses. I never moved my belongings in and only spent 1 night. Had to scramble to find a new rental last minute. Got only my deposit back and then he gave me a 1 star review.
