Fantastic stay
Justin the landlord and his daughter, Marissa, were both extremely nice and helpful and responded quick. Very cozy unit and perfect distance right in the middle of Ottumwa and Fairfield. ZERO complaints!

Excellent experience
Great place to stay, great owners! Went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at home, almost didnt want to leave when my contract ended. Everything was convenient and any need I had they were immediately helpful to resolve. Mr. Justin even showed up late at night when I had car trouble and checked on me the following days to make sure I had anything I needed. Highly recommend!! They are genuinely good people!

Clean and feels like home
The apartment was lovely, spotless, and felt very welcoming. Justin was incredibly accommodating, even surprising us with fresh eggs and tomatoes, which added a special touch to our stay. The attention to detail and warmth of the space made it a perfect place to stay after work!
