Very safe and quiet neighborhood

I am a travel nurse; I have been traveling for 2 years. This was my first assignment in California. During my 3-month term I choose to stay at Mr. Carrasco's house which is in a very safe neighborhood. The house was only 15 min away from the Oakland Airport which is a plus. The house was very clean, and the room was spacious with up-to-date furniture. I was able to enjoy calm evening walks, and I admired everyone's beautiful garden and fruit trees in the neighborhood. If you like hiking, there is a variety of trails nearby. There is a gym, local market, coffee shop, and diverse restaurants 3 blocks walking distance of the home. The landlord was very helpful with adapting to the area. If you need any suggestions he knows the area very well. I will definitely stay at this house again if I ever get an assignment in the Bay Area. I highly recommend this place for any health care workers traveling to the bay area if its available.
