As a night nurse, quiet is a must for me. The suite has obviously been soundproofed, because I had no noise issues. I fell in love with living in the trees in such a safe, quiet neighborhood. Ron is absolutely amazing, super responsive, and always put our needs first. Now that I am staying in Oregon, I would love to be back in this location and have Ron as a landlord anytime!

Great place in SW PDX

We really enjoyed our stay here. Close proximity to grocery store and 1-5, lots of storage space which was very helpful, quiet and safe neighborhood. Ron was always super quick to respond and help with any questions or concerns. Upstairs neighbors were also quiet but had great communication when needed. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Great location, wonderful apartment!

The landlords truly care about the quality of the apartment, and the unit is updated with the highest quality materials and appliances. It is very well insulated so there isnt any sound from the upstairs neighbors, and street noise is minimal. Landlords were great to rent from, and the neighborhood is amazing. Cant say enough good things about this place, its by far the best apartment we have rented!
