Great Place!

Definitely one of the better places to stay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe; is close to outlets, the highway, and the community hospital. I was here for about a year; and I had no problems. The place is cool in the summer with ACs and warm in the winter, with the added bonus of plows to clear the snow from the driveway (which is very convenient with all the snow here.) Debra is also super friendly and nearby, if I had any questions she was quick to answer. She was also very accommodating to my family who visited me, as well as to our fur babies. I'd highly recommend staying here.

More than your average landlord!!!

This house was more than a house but instead, a home. We have Deb to thank for that! She welcomed our little family with open arms. Yes, even the members of the fur variety. She remained available and attentive to any needs or concerns we may have had while always respecting our privacy. She went above and beyond in every way possible. Being away from family/friends during the Thanksgiving holiday and working opposite the shift of my husband, I was solo and as such wasn't up for cooking. Without hesitation Deb brought over a home cooked Thanksgiving meal filling our bellies and our hearts. I could go on about this amazing soul but I've already been wordy enough. Should you rent with her? The answer is yes! The property is beautiful, well kept and equipped with necessities perfect for someone passing through. Also, the area is quiet, safe, and near your shopping needs! Costco, Target, and Wegmans oh my!
