Centrally located and quiet, our updated 1930 bungalow has a sitting porch, fenced freshly landscaped yard, and hard-scaped back patio and driveway. There are 3 beds and 2 baths, hardwood and tile floors throughout. The house is fully furnished, bright and cheery with a lot of charm. The room is the quietest in the house and you will have your own dedicated bathroom.

Clean, Comfortable, Quiet!
The house is cute and comfortable, making it a great home base during my work week in Greensboro! I especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and nice front porch/yard - great neighborhood for walking and people watching with easy access to many shops nearby. The main tenant was a wonderful roommate - very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating in sharing her home. The owner was easy to communicate with about any questions that came up. My bedroom had great windows and ample storage, a very comfortable bed, and a quiet (yet powerful) ceiling fan. My bathroom had great lighting, water pressure, and plenty of storage. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend renting here!
