Safe 6 month Stay
Me and my family had a safe and comfortable 6 month stay. Pros Good people very attentive to the property and surrounding area. Professional landscaping. Trash Service. Nice interior design. Clean. Gated Home with very secure locks on the gate. Quite neighborhood hardly any traffic. Prompt response just about same day if something needs attention. Cement patio on backyard. Cons Street Parking. Landlord workshop behind property. Bathroom toilet is oddly close to the wall. Summary I would rent again if a needed to be on that side of town. It's hard to find good people and a safe place for your family when you're from out of town. If this is what you are looking for then I think this is a good choice. I never told Claudia this, but my 3 year old daughter referred to her as grandma mooma :).
Great place to stay in NOLA
Such a beautiful home! The pictures on FF does not do it justice at all. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. The hosts were also wonderful from my very first interaction with them. They provided everything I would need for my stay in the home along with items I didn't realize I needed but actually did! I stayed there by myself for my assignment and worked crazy hours but not once did I feel being at that location wasn't safe for me to be even when I got off work late at night. I would definitely recommend other travel nurses, friends and even family members to stay here during their time spent in New Orleans.
