Great restaurants, on bike highway, multiple bus-lines (including FX2) within 2 minutes walking. Walkable to multiple groceries stores and all Division and Hawthorne have to offer.
Very comfortable, secure and modern apartment
I was very fortunate to find this new apartment for my small family of two. I've always loved Clinton Street so I've definitely enjoyed the vital neighborhood walking and new restaurants since I first lived here 30 years ago. I loved the sidewalk scene and watching bicycles and dogs go by! I am only moving because I want to have a pet with outdoor access. This apartment is very comfortable, private and quiet, with only light upstairs or stairwell family noise in this new construction home. Although the apartment is furnished, I was able to bring in a few homey pieces and storage shelves, which made the apartment very efficient for my level of possessions. The windows face north and mostly west, so nice for afternoon light and later sleepers. Kitchen storage is really great for this size apartment and the Ikea cabinets are also versatile. Queen bed even moves up/down but we didn't use that feature. 100% positive communication with the very responsive owners. I am truly grateful!
