Exception Host. Exceptional Location.

I lived in New York for more than fifteen years, and when I returned recently for an extended stay, Marcello's place was where I landed. For a real NYC experience, the location can't be beat — that pocket where Soho, the West Village, and Hudson Square meet is one of the best corners of the city. Being on the edge of Soho is a particular sweet spot. The convenience and location is hard to overstate. Easy to step out into everything, and easy to come home to a quiet, tucked-away spot at the back of the building on the garden level, which is a genuine rarity downtown. Marcello is a first-rate host and landlord — very responsive, very responsible, and straightforward to work with from the first message through the last. The apartment is well-equipped and ready to live in from day one. Should I return to NYC for an extended stay, I would turn to Marcello in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.

Awesome apt with great landlord in the BEST location

Living at this King apt made my dreams of moving to NYC a reality and a dream! The location is unbeatable - right at the intersection of Soho/West Village/Hudson Square, allowing it to be in the heart of the city while still offering a sense of charm and quiet. I love being able to walk to Pop Up bagels in the morning or Bar Veloce in the evening. Everything is so easy to get to whether its walking to one of the hundreds of fantastic restaurants within a few blocks or hopping on the train (both the 1 and the C/E trains are 1 and 2 blocks away, respectively)! The unit itself is impressively spacious, especially given the prime location, and the patio is such a great bonus. It came fully furnished with everything I needed to feel comfortable from day one, making the transition seamless. Also, the clean laundry room is in the same building just one floor down and is very easy to use. Marcello has been exceptional landlord and host, always communicative, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making sure I have everything I need. He has been flexible and attentive, which has made my stay even better. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a well-equipped, comfortable, perfectly located and well-managed place in NYC!

Exceptional Stay with an Outstanding Host in the Heart of NYC

Marcello was an exceptional host who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Before we even moved to New York, he took the time to connect with us via Zoom, walking us through the process and helping us feel at ease. During our stay, he checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, which we greatly appreciated. The location in New York City is unbeatable, and the unit itself was fantastic, equipped with everything we could ask for. We were especially happy that the apartment was pet-friendly, allowing us to bring our cat. We highly recommend staying here and would gladly return in the future.
