Do Not Rent Here!

The house is as pictured. It was clean and presentable. However, that's exactly where it stops! The parking situation is first come, first serve. I had came home on several occasions and there was no parking and had to wait for someone to leave to park. The tenant above me was loud and heard her kids running throughout the house all day long. I contacted the owner and expressed my concerns. In overall, I was told she's as quiet as she's going to get. Very unprofessional and had no solution to my issue. I was even emailed about not speaking to the tenant because I respectfully addressed the issue since the owner didn't resolve it. There are cars blowing their horns all day long because it's near a busy street. People walking on the side walk holding conversations at 1-2 am. This place was a nightmare and I do not recommend this place at all.
