Highly Recommend!
I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a short term rental in the Fort Myers area. The space itself is beautiful and has everything you could need. The community is quiet and cozy with a pool and a beautiful view of the surrounding bay. Kathy was a pleasure to rent from, as she was extremely attentive to any questions I may have. Overall, I absolutely loved my stay at such a beautiful condo and location!

Fantastic Stay
I can't say enough good things about this rental. The property itself is gorgeous - very roomy with high ceilings, a beautiful view of the water, and a very large screened-in balcony that is very well furnished. The unit was well-stocked with anything you could need in the kitchens, bathrooms, etc. The community has a lovely pool with a roomy pool deck and also a lovely furnished deck adjacent to sit and have a drink or dinner and look at the water. The pool and grounds are maintained constantly and in excellent condition. The location is OUTSTANDING. Extremely close to everything you need in a beautiful, quiet community. The property owner, Kathy, was truly a pleasure to work with. She left detailed instructions on the fridge with directions to anything you might need. She was always available by call/text with quick responses and would check in with us consistently just to make sure everything was going well with our stay and to ask if we needed anything. HIGHLY recommend!
