Loved Ari's place!

My dog and I had a great time at the Burrow! The place is spotless and very comfortable--great bed imho, great and very functional kitchen space, and wonderful spacious bathroom, with access to the full size laundry room. LOTS of storage in the Burrow--dressers and drawers everywhere. I was a little worried that the pics indicated there is not a closet, but the coat closet at the entrance and the clothes hanging rod in the bedroom are more than sufficient, and I brought a LOT of clothes. Anything I needed that wasn't here, and there wasn't much, Ari was quick to lend. She's a wonderful host and a really interesting lady. I consider her a lasting friend now. And Daisy her dog is the biggest sweetie! Very gentle, playful, happy pup. And Simba the cat is hilarious. Highly recommend this place, sad to leave!

Perfect Travel Nurse Housing Safe, Stocked, and Comfortable

I stayed at the Colorado Burrow for nearly five months during a travel healthcare contract, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood is friendly, safe, and quietperfect for solo travelers or anyone looking for peace of mind. The rental itself is well maintained and impressively well-stocked. From essentials like soap, trash bags, and bathroom toiletries to thoughtful extras like a cooking strainer, can opener, crockpot, and even an extra dresser and mirror not shown in the listingevery detail has been considered. The kitchen includes all the basics and more: pots, pans, a coffee maker, spices, and utensils, making it easy to cook and settle in. Ari is a fantastic host who clearly cares about the comfort and experience of her guests. She was always responsive and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout my stay. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend the Colorado Burrow to any traveler looking for a well-equipped, welcoming rental.

A cozy and friendly environment

My partner and I, along with our cat Biff, stayed at The Colorado Burrow for five months (8/1/24 - 1/7/2025), and wed absolutely do it again. The property is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with everything we needed to feel at home. Its clear that a lot of care goes into making it a comfortable and welcoming place. The location is super convenient. We had easy access to highways, bus lines, grocery stores, healthcare, restaurants, and some great trails. Being close to both Denver and Boulder was a huge plus, too. Despite its central location, the area is surprisingly peaceful, which we really appreciated. Aricia, the host, was fantasticalways responsive, friendly, and detail-oriented. Anytime we had a request or needed something addressed, she handled it quickly and even followed up to make sure everything was perfect. The internet was also a standout feature, consistently running at 200-300 Mbps, which was a huge win for us since we work remotely. On top of all that, the space is affordable, especially considering that utilities and furniture are included, plus it has in-unit laundrya game changer. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. We couldnt have asked for a better place to stay and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a great home base in the area.

Comfy, Convenient, and Safe

I recently moved out of A's house, having lived there for over a year. Her place has my enthusiastic recommendation! It is located on a pleasant, quiet street in a residential neighborhood, which always felt quite safe and secure. Grocery stores and a variety of restaurants are all within a short drive. And downtown Denver and Boulder are close by for other entertainment options. A was a great housemate! Even though she has a busy life she is mostly at home, and was always ready with a cheery greeting, to chat a bit, or to hear any concerns I might have. I made most of my meals downstairs but felt welcome to come upstairs if I needed a full kitchen. I also felt that I had as much privacy as I wanted. A is a trustworthy, caring person who frequently checked in with me to ensure everything was okay. A's home was perfect for me as a temporary place to land, and since I left she has worked to make it even more inviting and comfortable. You'll find it a great place to stay!
