Great place

I stayed here while on rotation at the VA. It was a super convenient location, close to grocery stores and walkable to a few coffee shops. Driving distance to many hiking trails. The home itself was cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed. The only downside was that there isnt a dryer, but its easy to air dry clothes especially in utahs climate. Rebecca was a great host and responded quickly as well. Overall, would highly recommend.

Would Recommend to Anyone!

We were lucky enough to stay at Rebecca's townhouse for 3 months, and enjoyed it entirely! The location was perfect for walks for coffee in the morning, evening walks, access to trails, and a grocery store within 5 minutes. We never had any issues with noise and felt safe and welcome in the neighborhood. The main ski resorts were all within 45-1 hour drive. The living room and dining area were perfect for gathering and the main bedroom was large and beautiful with the sky light. The second bedroom also had ample space. Rebecca had truly everything we could have needed and more in the home. We were sad to leave!

Pleasant Townhouse in a Pleasant Neighborhood

This townhouse was an excellent rental for us. The townhouse is large, well-furnished and comfortable. It is on three levels, with a nice office/workspace on the top floor, along with a bathroom and extra room/bedroom. The master bedroom on the second floor is large and sunny. On the main floor, the living room has a comfortable leather couch and chair. The kitchen is small but efficient and there is a dining area off the kitchen. We enjoyed the front patio, which is surprisingly private with a table, chairs and sun umbrella. We also enjoyed exploring the neighborhood of The Avenues and found the area to be very walk-able with coffee shops and restaurants nearby, along with a Smith's grocery store, which is convenient. The owner, Rebecca, was easy to work with. Overall, an excellent choice.
