Wonderful place to live
I rented here for 11 months while I was in Flagstaff and absolutely loved it. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful but you are only a five minute drive away from downtown. It is right next to one of Flagstaff's urban trails and just across the street from dozens of Forest Service hiking/biking/running trails. The house is clean and had everything I needed, and the room had plenty of space and natural light. Both the owner and long term tenant are great people and very easy to live with. This space gave me everything I wanted from a housing situation, while being one of the more affordable options in town. I can't recommend it enough to anyone, and this would be the first place I looked if I was ever back in town.
