Amazing Experience as a First Time Renter With Furnished Finder’s

I rented this room for about six months and had an extremely comfortable and positive experience from start to finish. Elliott and Cathy are wonderful landlords. They are warm, personable, and genuinely considerate people who make you feel welcome in their home. The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described, and they were always respectful of my privacy while still being approachable and communicative when needed. As my first time renting through Furnished Finders, I was a bit unsure of what to expect going in, but this experience completely exceeded my expectations. I don’t think I could have been matched with better hosts or a better rental situation. I couldn’t recommend Elliott and Cathy more to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Perfect Spot!

Cathy and Elliott's place was the perfect spot during my away rotation at UVA. They are kind, funny, and eager to help. They are great at giving you space if needed or chatting and hanging out. Their pets are lovely and the location is close to the hospital and lots of grocery stores and restaurants. The room is clean, quiet, and comfortable (with great forest views!). Large private bathroom right by the bedroom. I would highly recommend staying here!

Cathy and Elliots place is wonderful. The room is cozy and the house has a homey feel. Cathy and Elliot are very accommodating, friendly, and welcoming. Their pets are well behaved and fun. Plenty of street parking, close to downtown and UVA. The room has great blackout curtains for those who may work nights. I would stay here again and highly recommend to others!
