Cute, comfortable, and a great location

In Bend for a work project and away from home for 7 weeks. Luckily I found Casa Calma and ended up with a great home away from home. This is in a very central location and very walkable. The place is so fresh & clean! Great appliances... even the bed was super comfortable. Therese was a great landlord. Great communication and follow up. Well managed to keep it a nice place. Definitely recommend it. If I'm back in Bend for a long-term project... I'll start looking here first!

Truly a hidden gem!

This was by far the best furnished rental experience Ive ever had, and Therese is truly an exceptional host! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomedbeing greeted with fresh flowers on move-in day was such a thoughtful touch. Throughout my stay, she was incredibly responsive, communicative, and genuinely kind, which made everything feel seamless and stress-free. I stayed in the upstairs unit, which was beautiful and peaceful. The two patios were a highlight and added to the overall sense of calm. I worked remotely during my stay, and the space was perfectquiet, comfortable, and filled with natural light, making it easy to stay productive while still feeling relaxed at the end of the day. The location is unbeatablewalkable to downtown and the farmers market. I truly felt at home here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!!

Doubt I will ever find a furnished finder host this good again!

I really enjoyed my stay in the lower level of Casa Calma--this is a place well taken care of by host Therese and plenty of thoughtful touches throughout. From the comfortable mattress and quality linens on the bed, to the Le Creuset pans and the real art on the walls---this is several levels up from your typical investment rental property. I loved the radiant heat floors, the lovely color combinations inside and out, and of course, perfect location! I suspect that Therese put in some extra effort when she learned that I liked to cook--even the knives, she said had just been freshly sharpened. I am pretty sure that this place has ruined me for all future furnished finders, haha!! It was great to have the little enclosed patio areas on front and back for my dog and of course the garage so my car would stay clean and warm. Lots of bright light streams into the primary living area during the day, and the bedroom is fully dark and cozy at night. I would 10/10 stay in Casa Calma again.

Amazing Property - Great Location!

Casa Calma is such a beautiful home. From the decor to the location everything about the space is wonderful. Therese was so extremely accommodating and was such a great landlord. I highly recommend Casa Calma!

Perfect Bend Apartment

Casa Calma is the perfect apartment for Bend! The location couldnt get any better, everything is within walking distance and made life so easy. The apartment itself is so nicely decorated and well taken care of, it made nights in very cozy and peaceful. Therese was an amazing host and was extremely helpful and supportive. This has been my favorite place Ive lived in Oregon!

Cute, cozy, and fantastic location.

Casa calma is a gem! Small, but very comfortable for 2 persons. Fully equipped kitchen, with full size appliances. Furniture is new and comfortable. Location is great, a few blocks to downtown, or the other way to the box factory. Easy walk to all the river parks. Owner is very responsive. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

CasaCalma downstairs is a gem!

Amazing location in this beautiful neighborhood, walk to everything. Beautiful river walk. I love the feel of this place, lovely, private set up, really nice kitchen. Bedroom has access to lovely backyard. The living area has a cute outside sitting area, I drink my coffee in the am with my dog. The owner is very kind and responsive, and cared about my need. I will come back! thanks for the lovely stay.
