I couldn’t have asked for a better landlord—or a better housemate-turned-friend. From the start, Zac created a welcoming and comfortable living environment, always responsive, fair, and genuinely considerate. But what really made the experience special was how our relationship grew beyond the usual tenant-landlord dynamic. Over time, we built a friendship—spending evenings playing Dominion, sharing laughs, and enjoying incredible Latin food together. Those moments turned what could have been a simple living arrangement into something much more meaningful. It’s rare to find someone who is both highly responsible in a professional sense and also warm, fun, and easy to connect with on a personal level.
