Great Property!

Finding reasonably priced and furnished housing accommodations can be hard, especially as a medical professional traveling for work. Often times we are taken advantage of for the money, and thankfully that is not the case with Matts property. Rent here is very reasonable for the bedroom/bath combo, secure entry, clean kitchen, and laundry area. The neighborhood is well cared for and quiet, and in a great location. As a property owner Matt has always been very responsive via text/email, even while away for his own work. I would recommend this property to anyone in need of a home away from home in Aberdeen!

Perfect Summer Stay!

I was looking for temporary summer housing and this property was about as good as it could get. Practically everything you could need came included and then some! Rent was perfectly reasonable and the neighborhood is also very nice, I had no trouble with any of the people there, and it is centrally located near pretty much everything in town. The property owner/manager was also very helpful and readily available to assist with any concerns. Overall, I couldnt have asked for anything better and highly recommend!

Excellent Price, Excellent stay

This property is excellent for the price point. Matt does a great job at keeping the property clean and safe, all of my roommates were great people.All of the facilities were in working order and the washer and dryer work fantastic.The internet is great too.The kitchen and common area are both top notch as well.The neighborhood is lovely, the street the house is on looks like it could be in a movie. The central location in town makes commutes a breeze, especially for groceries. One thing that would've helped me decide on staying at this property sooner would have been more photos of the common areas and maybe a few more angles of the individual rooms. Overall though, 10/10 I would definitely recommend this place. If I am ever in Aberdeen for a few months another time I will definitely make sure to book a room here. Extra comments: if you stay here in the summer bring a portable fan, it can get humid and sometimes a little warm in the rooms since the thermostat is off.

Very comfortable and quiet.

This property is perfect for a traveling medical professional. Its clean, quiet and well worth the price point. The owner is a very nice person who responds quickly to any concerns the tenant may have. This oroperty offers all the things that one needs to be comfortable.
