Amazing People and Great Place
Christina, Ryan, and their family are amazing human beings. As someone who values privacy, safety, and the company of good people, I got very lucky to have found this place in Med Park. The ADU/studio was enough space for one and was very cozy and clean. It is super close to UC Davis Medical Center and is in close proximity to the rest of Sacramento by car. I highly recommend securing this amazing place because the hosts make you feel right at home.

Amazing studio!
I stayed here for work. Didnt even need to bring my car with me due to how close it is to where I was working. Quiet neighborhood, friendly and accommodating hosts would definitely stay here again should I go back. Had everything I needed as a solo traveler. Thanks again C&R!

I recently stayed this charming studio cottage that truly exceeded my expectations. The hosts were exceptionally kind and accommodating, ensuring a warm welcome and a comfortable stay. The cottage was well-equipped with all the necessities, making it a perfect home away from home. Highly recommend!

Recently stayed with R and C. Their home is very close to UCD! Has everything you may need during your contract, conveniently walk to work. On the same property as the main home yet feels separate and isolated, nice little back patio hall to yourself, even big enough for a bike. Walk or bike to restaurants, breweries and groceries. Thanks guys !
