Amazing!
Got along great with tenants Maiah and Melvina. Landlords were very helpful and considerate. House included multiple streaming services on the TV and all utensils/seasonings in the beautiful kitchen. Clean and runs smoothly. Would definitely live here again.
BEWARE
The living conditions are disgusting due to the other tenants. landlord was initially responsive but nothing changed. I followed up with concerns: ants all over the kitchen, dirty dishes, and food left out, I was ignored. My personal item was also used without permission, one tenant responded rudely when asked. I now suspect at least one tenants is related to the landlord, which may explain the lack of accountability. Tenants also made excessive noise late at night. One tenant entered my private bedroom looking around suspiciously with another individual and prepared to engage in sexual activity on my bed, interrupted by my security camera and then quickly exited the room. This caused me great emotional distress and discomfort during my last few weeks at the property. the landlord did put a lock on the door immediately after but the damage is done. This was an extreme invasion of privacy.
Looks can be deceiving
At first glance this place seemed like it had potential, unfortunately the illusion quickly faded. The surrounding neighborhood felt a little unsafe at night. And things took a turn when my Friend's car was stolen right outside the apartment. The yard was in complete disarray and unkept and no effort made to maintain it. Even worse, the upstairs tenants. Loud obnoxious and inconsiderate. They threw parties all hours of the night with zero regards for the other tenants living there. When I bought this issue to the landlord, I was met with hostility not just verbal but actual threats by the other tenants. Turns out one of the problem tenants was his daughter who also served as the so-called house manager rather than solving the issues she actively contributed to the chaos. Things escalated quickly when they hung disturbing threatening material on a tree directly in front of my door! I didn't wait to see what happens next I packed and moved out the very next day.
