Very nice
Very nice place to stay. Landlord is very responsive. The unit is clean and the area is fairly decent. Have had no problems in my stay. Definitely would recommend!

Nice rental with large fenced yard.
I rented this property for 6 months. The location is great because it is out of the city, but super close to everything. You can be at Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Circle Center Mall, Monument Circle, and Fountain Square within 5 to 10 minutes. Its close to numerous hospitals. The area at a glance doesn't look the best, but we found it to be safe. The rental is very spacious and has a large fenced in yard that my dogs loved. The renters are easy to reach and great people to deal with. I would definitely stay there again!
