Beautiful studio and wonderful landlords

My stay here was so amazing and peaceful. The hosts were easily available and quick to respond to my messages. The studio was just as advertised, the perfect space for one, with a private entrance and street parking right out front. The area was so quiet, and it was down the street from grocery stores, take-out, and a park.

wonderful people and very nice accommodations

Amazing people!! This is my first time using furnished finder and I'll just say I struck gold on the first try. First the host, they had the place ready for me to move in and throughout the stay they have been very accommodating. Communication with them has been very easy. I never had any bad experiences interacting with either of them. I'm not a small person ( 6'4" 265 ) and I had no problems with any of the living space. There is a separate entry and parking on the street. I never had any concerns with someone messing with my vehicle. The house is in a quiet neighborhood close to everything I.E. Sam's club, grocery stores, target, and plenty of really good places to eat. Don't pass this place up!! Thank you for being great host!!

Great studio in a quiet, safe neighborhood!

I had a very comfortable stay at this property! It's a newly constructed studio that is attached to the main house through the laundry room. Has a separate entrance through the gate which makes it feel very private! Owners were super nice and accommodating. The neighborhood is very quiet but still located close to grocery stores and large plazas. Great for traveling nurses/docs or medical students who need a quiet environment or are coming/leaving at odd hours. Will definitely stay here again if I'm back in Bakersfield and have recommended it to all my friends.
