Quiet Neighborhood, Easy Commute, Great Landlord

I stayed here for three months during my internship in DC and had a great experience. Robert is an amazing landlord, friendly, respectful, and he made the place feel like home without ever being intrusive. The only thing you share is the washer and dryer, and he always checks with you in advance, which I appreciated. The location is excellent: a bus stop and Capital Bikeshare are right across the street, and Fort Totten Metro (Red & Green lines) is about a 10-minute walk. Getting around was super easy. Grocery stores like Giant, Walmart, and Trader Joes are nearby: having a car helps for those trips, but its manageable without one. There arent many restaurants close by, but there are a few fast food options. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe, and well-connected. The place is also affordable for the area, making it a great option for interns or anyone looking for a short-term stay.

I really appreciate my time in this unit, and Robert is a very good landlord. He is always making sure that nothing is missing and helps immediately if this is the case. The unit is at a very convenient location, close to groceries, buses and metro line. Thanks again!
