Awesome Move In

My move in experience was wonderful. Jordan was extremely responsive, helpful, and made everything easy and stress-free. The apartment was exactly as described - very clean, comfortable, and welcoming upon arrival. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches (bathrobe, towel hair wrap, etc) and how organized the check in was. It truly feels like a home away from home, and I would absolutely recommend this furnished finder to other traveling healthcare professionals. Looking forward to my stay here!

Couldn't Be Happier

When I first moved to the area in November, I had a bad experience with another property. I cannot tell you how thankful I am to have found a place where the property was exactly as described, clean, and updated. The landlord is probably one of the nicest people I've met since getting back to Hampton Roads. Very personable and provides helpful tips to ensure your stay is smooth and relaxing. I'm very grateful to have found this property! I could not recommend more!!!

Travel nurse paradise

This home is everything I was looking for! Jordan has made the check in process easy and seamless as I was coming in from out of state. The check in steps were easy and there were even gifts for my pets who travel with me! Immediately upon stepping in, the home was incredibly clean and smelled like a dream. It has just about all the essentials you need to start out and is the perfect cozy place. The area is very walkable and I have made my way around to different restaurants, but the best part is the beach is less than a 10 minute walk. Overall my stay so far has exceeded my expectations and Jordan is amazing to work with!

My stay at Jordans place has been absolutely amazing! The place upon arrival was extremely clean and minimal but he makes sure to stock all of the essentials in the place making the move very easy and convenient. He had brand new spices, condiments, toiletries, towels, a robe, a beach chair and much more. The apartment is super comfortable and in a great location, 1 block from the beach. Jordan is super communicative and easy to get in touch with if you ever need anything. Hes been more than accommodating. Truly a 10/10 experience, couldnt recommend this place more.

I recently moved into my new apartment, and I couldnt be happier! From the very beginning, Jordan, the landlord, was incredibly communicativekeeping me updated on the move-in date and time every step of the way. When I arrived, I was genuinely impressed by how clean and fresh everything was. The unit smelled amazing, and to top it all off, there was a thoughtful welcome gift waiting for me: a small bottle of champagne and a bag of treats for my furry friend! The apartment was completely move-in ready with beautiful finishes and thoughtful touches throughout. Essentials like toiletries, coffee, spices, condiments, and more were already stocked, making the transition effortless. I even have a convenient parking spot right outside the unit and the beach is just a block awaywhat more could you ask for?! This has truly been one of the smoothest and most welcoming move-in experiences Ive ever had. I highly recommend this place and Jordan as a landlord. Five stars all the way!

Hidden Gem

I moved into my home in August 2024. From the beginning, Jordan was willing to make accommodations and tried his best to make me comfortable. I moved in just days before a knee surgery. He is always quick to respond if Ive ever had any questions. The property is absolutely stunning. Everything is brand new from the flooring to the aesthetic to the appliances. For the most part, it is extremely quiet where we live. Although you may not be able to see the ocean from your front door, all you have to do is walk into our parking area to be hit with the smell of sea salt, and the wind coming off of the waves. It is a very short, pleasant walk to the beach. And in the opposite direction you can walk to a small park that has a fishing pier, and even launch a kayak. I feel very safe, we are nestled in the heart of East Beach, in a very affluent area. We are surrounded by shops and restaurants and close to Little Creek base and the expressway. I feel lucky to have found this property during my search and I have every intention of renewing my lease again this year. I love that Jordan has apartments that he rents on short term leases as well. They are almost always traveling nurses. Everyone in this building is a professional. I love my neighbors, and when the weather gets warmer, Im going to spend more time in the backyard area, where I have my rocking chair. You can grill and enjoy the picnic table area. The trash is picked up by a private company weekly and the only thing you have to do is take a short trip to the trash cans with your personal trash. If you have guests, prepare them to encounter limited parking, but its easily managed.

Beyond incredible!

My husband and I have lived here since March 2024 & its been a wonderful experience! Jordan consistently goes above and beyond to make our home & the property comfortable. The amenities are great & the furnishings are extremely nice, especially for a couple of out-of-towners starting over in a new state. We look forward to continuing our stay here!

It Was The Best Stay Ever !!

During my time at Mr Jordan's property the Wi-Fi was great the comfortability was great 5 minutes from the beach just a walk across the street plenty of restaurants in the area. Water always hot nice and clean inside nice and clean stainless steel refrigerator and oven sink was a nice size the floors nice and clean everything was perfect I enjoyed my stay and Mr Jordan is a great landlord very good communicator and understanding. I would highly recommend anyone to rent this property out!

Quiet beach nearby!

Jordan was very responsive with everything. I had no issues during my 3 months there. Never had any issues. The beach is quiet and just down the road. Very safe neighborhood as well.

Great place!

Great location and has everything you need. New appliances, quiet neighborhood, and just one block from the beach. A ton of restaurants in the area and an easy commute to anywhere around town. Jordan was great to work with! I will definitely stay again if I am back in the area.

Perfect Stay in Norfolk VA

Everything about the process was smooth. From communicating with the landlord, to the parking situation, to getting into the unit. The unit was clean, amenities were new, and there was a large in unit washer dryer which was a life saver. My family has stayed in VA Beach/Norfolk many times for work and this was by far the best unit at a very fair price. Couldnt have been more satisfied!

Luxury one bedroom apartment A BLOCK FROM THE BEACH!

If i could rate this property and landlord higher then a 5 i would! Everything was amazing, the communication, the property. Everything was very detailed in the description about the property and everything fit the description perfectly! The landlord provided spectacular communication throughout the whole time i was living there! A very dog friendly environment and neighborhood, the beach was super clean and everyone was friendly!
