Loved this Studio

My biggest regret was not booking here longer than a month! It was very easy to get comfortable here. The studio is spacious and she has a great set up for you to feel like you have everything you need. Private studio in the back with a lovely backyard. Always felt safe staying here alone and always had spacious parking right outside the gate. Neighborhood is quiet yet accessible to the highways and tons of food options. Kimberley is a super host and such a warm, kind person. I enjoyed talking to her and having her as my landlord. Definitely book this place if you see it open, you will feel at home right away.

Secluded Private Suite with Convenient Highway Access

Convenient access to the 170 and 405. Private entrance to two room suite with private bathroom resembling something out of Architectural Digest. Small kitchen area with full refrigerator and kitchen sink. Desk and comfortable couch. Bedroom has full sized bed with dresser, night table, and walk-in closet. Beautifully tiled shower and spacious bathroom. Washer/Dryer access coordinated with owner but quite available. Owner even sent back a package I left behind. AC and Wi-Fi. Property is also very quiet with gated access.

Perfect Private Suite in a Great Location - Highly Recommend!

I really enjoyed staying at this amazing, private unit with separate entrance -- very clean and furnished just right. The newly remodeled bathroom is gorgeous with beautiful tiles. The bedroom is clean and bright with windows that look out onto the garden, a new Smart TV, and a sizeable closet with built-ins and a dresser. The kitchen has a new refrigerator and worked great for what I needed. There was an added bonus of grilling dinner just outside the door and enjoying my morning coffee in the lovely backyard. The host was fantastic, warm and welcoming! I highly recommend anyone looking for a great place to stay. I was in LA for meetings and, as a writer, the den and backyard provided a perfect place to write. The location is close to Universal Studios and Hollywood. Ventura Blvd restaurants are upscale and trendy--only 12 min. away and perfect for business meetings! I was really captivated by the beauty and tranquility during my monthlong stay and plan to come back again in 2025.
