Prime Spot for Students

Cortney and her friendly dog, Bo, were the absolute highlights of my stay! I spent a month here during my clinical rotations, and the location is unbeatable, less than 25 minutes from all the major hospitals. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and widely considered the best part of town. With a grocery store just a minute away and a gym within a 7-minute drive, everything I needed was so close by. Cortney was incredibly responsive and even invited me on a hike to show me the local trails. I couldn't have asked for a better host or a more convenient home base!

I really enjoyed my stay with Cortney. She was welcoming and accommodating, and her home felt just the same: comfortable, calm, and well cared for. Her dog was also very sweet and made the place feel even more homey. If Im ever back in the area, Id stay here again without question.

Peaceful Stay in the Springs

This was my first time in Colorado, let alone Colorado Springs, and Cortney went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and welcoming! Her dog is the sweetest and so well-trained. The house is in a peaceful, safe neighborhood, conveniently located near all the major hospital systems. Its also just a 15-minute drive from Garden of the Gods and other amazing trails. A perfect place for traveling healthcare professionals!
