Bright Remodeled Farmhouse
I split this rental with two other interns from the same company I was interning at for the summer which made the cost more bearable. Coming from the east coast, finding a fully furnished place to stay was very important for me. This property included all the amenities I couldve asked for. Including some pots, pans, assorted kitchen utensils & dishes, washer & dryer and AC. There was a minor issue with the hot water heater during my stay, but the landlords worked quickly to bring in their plumber who fixed the issue in a timely manor. The landlords are very good people who were always friendly and helpful.
Loveland Farmhouse
This farmhouse was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay for my 3 month renting duration. A very cozy home feel with lots of natural light pairing nicely with the wooden renovations, furniture, and green plants. A modern take on a quaint 3 bedroom 2 bath farmhouse. Was perfect for a summer house. A beautiful view of the Rocky mountain front to the west, a green grazing field to the north, and our own small plot of grass in a cul-de-sac with no neighbors besides the owners down the driveway. In this home I found everything I needed for comfort, cleanliness, and modern conveniences. I was always ready to show it off to company. There was nothing that became too much to up-keep, clean, or pay for. Quiet neighborhood with privacy, and a very pleasant landlord. If you are looking for a temporary home with a natural feel, outdoor accessibility, and ease of stay without sacrificing modern amenities, look no further. I didn't want to stop living here, thank you Alyssa!
