Not a good experience for me

This unit is separated by a door to the main unit and it’s not pictured— the listing is deceptive. Walls are EXTREMELY thin and you can hear literally EVERYTHING the family does and says. You can hear every movement and their conversations— even when they set down dishes you can hear it. They have multiple dogs that bark CONSTANTLY as soon as you enter the unit and the neighbors directly next door also have multiple dogs that they keep outside that will bark all day. It was hell. They kept me up all night to the point I had to have the humane society get involved because I had a nursing day job and was unable to sleep because of it. The wife doesn’t speak to you at all— she walks around in sunglasses and it’s just totally awkward. The unit is not private or peaceful. I do not recommend staying here for these reasons.

Wonderful Hosts and Amazing Location!

I had an amazing stay at this studio! The location is fantasticjust about a 10-minute walk to Waiehu Beach. Ferdinand and Liane are wonderful hosts with a beautiful family, and they made me feel so welcome. The studio itself is spacious and perfect for one person, with a clean, modern bathroom and all the amenities you could need, including WiFi and TV. Everything was up to date and spotless. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Maui!
