Great apartment-- best landlord!

I stayed in this apartment for about 9 months. Kianna is the best landlord I've ever had! Always responsive, kind and accommodating. If I ever had an issue, she would fix it immediately. The apartment itself is great for one person-- gets plenty of light and has nice closet spaces. As a young female, I felt pretty safe walking around the neighborhood. It seems that most neighbors are families with young kids. Laundry is in the basement, so you have to go outside to get there. Dryer is less than a year old! All utilities included, which is amazing. Would recommend!

Great stay!

I stayed in this unit for a month in the springtime and it was extremely pleasant. The neighborhood is very walkable and friendly. The apartment had all the basics needed to get by for a short term stay plus a water filter and an air fryer. There is light noise from the neighbors due to it being a duplex but it wasn't enough to disrupt my work or sleep. Kianna was very responsive if I ever needed anything! I would stay here again.

Stayed here for just under 3 months. The landlord Kianna was always available and very responsive if I had any questions or concerns. The area around the apartment is pretty quiet, with plenty of families (probably described as a "working class neighborhood"). I felt safe overall, for being close to a major city. Dedicated parking space around back (with a camera), which was helpful when the street gets crowded. Apartment was well-equipped with the necessities, and was very clean. For the price, it is a phenomenal value. Not every place is perfect so there are two small downsides. The first is that the bathroom is somewhat tight; the house is renovated, so it still has the small bathroom style that may not be suitable for someone pretty big. Second is that there is no back entrance; you have to walk out the front door and around to get to the back parking and washer/dryer. This isn't a deal breaker though, since you are very close to the end of the row. Would definitely book again!
