Gorgeous property with spectacular view
Only 10 minutes from LA General near downtown, maybe 15 minutes from union station. A very clean and brand new 2 bedroom remodeled apartment that is in the downstairs of a home owned by a married couple. Very clean, private and safe area up on a hill. Plenty of street parking, your own balcony with panoramic view of LA. Landlord is fantastic gives you complete privacy, expects the same in return. Even though I sometimes heard them walking above me, I felt as if I were in a completely separate house. I am sad to leave this peaceful and safe sanctuary. Highly recommend. Oh - and this place has one of the best showers I have ever used.
