Perfect for travelers!

The location was perfect, 5 minutes from the hospital I was working at. Grocery, gas, shopping, and food are minutes away. It's right across from the river and capital complex. I took many walks in this area and felt safe. The landlords were great and helpful with everything! The space is perfect for 1 or even 2 people and a pet. I truly enjoyed my stay here and I'm sure you will too!

AMAZING PLACE FOR TRAVEL WORKERS AND ANYONE IN GENERAL

I have had such an amazing experience at this apartment! It's in a great area, very quiet and very friendly people. It is located right next to the capitol so very safe and pretty area to walk and located across the street from the river. I ran and walked up and down the path located along the river and never felt unsafe. It is also a 5min drive to downtown. There is a pool at the apartment which has been perfect on the hot days and it's never too crowded. The apartment itself is clean and spacious and has all the essentials you need. The landlords are AMAZING!!! They have been so sweet and understanding of extending my time due to being a travel worker. I had to extend twice and they had no problems with extending my lease. They have also been so fast with replying to any and all texts throughout my stay. They are perfect for travel workers who tend to have extensions and quick changes. I would very highly recommend this place and would stay again if I came back!
