Elegant place close to downtown and ballard
I loved my stay in this unit from March of 2024 to june of 2025. I was a travler for a close to a year and transitioned to staff. Mimi is super easy to communicate with and work with on moving in and extending my lease to long term. Pet friendly apartment and easy deposit/rent payment Excellent kitchen space and living room. Lots of nice natural light, updated appliances and fixtures in all rooms. Excellent location - close to D line bus, ballard, downtown, and whole foods is right down the street. The P-patch across the street is lovely as well
6 months stay
I lived in this upper unit for 6 months in 2024 while working at Expedia. Expedia is a walking distance from this house which made living here extremely accessible. I have a camper van that would never fit in a garage parking so my personal preference is to park outside. I never had any issues with parking as I parked my van outside the entrance of the house or behind. It was safe. The house is a legal Duplex with 2 separate units. The owner lives alone in the lower unit and is very quiet & friendly, she always greeted me with a warm smile. I would run into her from time to time but we rarely if ever crossed paths. I never had any issues with the unit at all. The owner supplied all the basic amenities and kept the place very minimal which allowed me to bring my stuff and make it my own place. As I would work from home at times, the internet was very fast which is an added bonus. The place is close to several stores such as Whole Foods, QFC as well as other food options. I highly recommend living here. It worked perfectly for me.
