Beautiful Studio apartment

Great Place to Stay!

I was only there for a little less than a month, but thank goodness there was no sign of mold. After the other review I asked to see proof of no mold being in the apt & she actually showed me a copy of the mold report. For the time I was there I had no complaints & everything went smoothly. Ill definitely stay there again.

Pleasant Stay!

Unfortunately, I was only able to have the full experience of a long-term stay. However, I will say I was concerned about the previous tenants comment on mold. I simply advised Shemena of my concern & she provided a copy of a mold report showing there was no mold & the apt looked great to me. Again, I hate I was unable to stay there longer, but the time I was there was just fine & problem free! Id stay there again.

"Studio"

I will start by saying this "studio" gives off the impression of a quick put together room behind the garage that isn't sealed properly and has lots of bugs. Initially it seemed to be reasonably priced but after discovering mold growing and was not provided a broom, mop, or a vacuum. The bathroom sink is very wobbly, the rack on the wall was broken upon move in as well. The appliances in the studio were disgusting, she offered to clean it after I moved in but ended up cleaning it myself after not hearing anything for a few days. I was told the place was sprayed for bugs annually, couldn't be furthest from the truth. The amount of house centipedes I saw and I was constantly spraying for them. Definitely not the most ideal living space for long term, I will not stay here again or do business with the landlord after being screwed over with the deposit.
