Amazing Host!

As a recent college grad in a transitional housing situation, I could not have been more grateful to have found Julia's home while I searched for a permanent place to live. From my very first night, Julia and her family were incredibly kind and welcoming. They always made sure I was comfortable and regularly checked in to see if I needed anything. The area is beautiful, quiet, and perfectly located near plenty of shopping, restaurants, and other necessities. Most importantly, I always felt safe and comfortable during my stay. For anyone in need of a safe short-term place to stay, I could not recommend Julia's home enough. She would absolutely be my number one recommendation. I'm so thankful to Julia and her family for making a very transitional time in my life so much easier.

Quiet neighborhood. Perfect host!

I stayed with Julia and the place is perfect for a quiet stay in Rockaway. Its a basement that has a kitchenette and the laundry located right outside of the room when needed. She was super sweet and made sure everything was going well. Total privacy and great for a short term contract! I worked night shift and had no issues with noise during the day when I was sleeping. Would 100% recommend
