Would Stay Again in a Heartbeat

I rented Davids home for nearly five months over the summer, and it was such a great experience. The neighborhood is safe and quietI loved going on walks every day. The home is close to Grand Ave, which has lots of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Having a garage for my car and a private backyard to relax in was a huge plus (the porch swing and grill got plenty of use too!). The kitchen is fully equipped, and the Jacuzzi tub was perfect for winding down after a long day. The bed was very comfortable, the spacious office and reliable Wi-Fi made remote work easy, and the house felt very secure. David was excellent with communication, even while he was out of the country. Highly recommend renting from himthe rent was very reasonable, and the house truly has everything you could need and more.

Best accommodation in Twin Cities!

Absolutely superb property, at an outstanding price. Home is comfortable, and house is furnished supplied with everything you could possibly need. Great communication with landlord. Great location and extremely walkable and bikeable. Included garage parking was an extra bonus! I have been to this property 3 or 4 times, and keep coming back! Definitely above a 5-star rating!

Beautifully Appointed Home, Wonderful Owners

I very much enjoyed my stay here! The neighborhood is incredibly lovely, and families often go out walking after dinner in the evenings. The homeowners are friendly, respectful, accommodating, and were very easy to communicate with. The bed was very comfortable, the water pressure is excellent, and I honestly had everything I needed in order to be supremely comfortable throughout my stay. If I ever come back to St. Paul for another contract, I'd definitely check to see if this home is available before looking anywhere else!!
