Dont be in doubt - this is where you want to stay!!!!

My stay: 10 weeks during my physical therapy rotation, this house was all I needed. quiet, spacious, warm welcoming. Great and well equiped kitchen, with a nice couch. Studying or travel staff? Perfect for studying - especially in the recliner :) If you are a travelling health care person the house will also manifest as a great base while youre in Tucson. The area is nice and quiet with a welcoming atmosphere even from neighbours. It felt like everybody was looking out for each other and this creates a nice safe neighbourhood. Dont worry about your car there is space enough (well at least I dont have one but it looked like there was space). Hosting from Denise and Olivia was perfect for me, all the information was clear and timingly delivered. Everything was just easy - and I say this as a former AirBNB host through 5yrs. I can warmly recommend this lovely house

Green Room

I really enjoyed the green room! House was clean and quiet. Communication was quick. Everyone is nice! It was nice to take walks around the neighborhood.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay renting the Chocolate Room at this house. The house has a spacious backyard, parking was easy, and the private bathroom was a huge plus with my unique shift schedules. Everyone in the house has been quiet and courteous of each other's needs. Including laundry, cooking, and sharing space in the fridge and pantry. Sometimes, you can see bats and javelina making their way to the desert or have walkable access to Jesse Owen's park behind the cul-de-sac. The location of the house means you are within 20-30 minutes of lots to do during days off. Highly recommend it if you get the chance.

Excellent Stay, Awesome Landlord!

Denise was an excellent host and my stay at her house was perfect. The house was clean, quiet and safe. The neighborhood allowed for great access to numerous amenities. Would definitely rent here again!
