Great place to stay

This house is absolutely lovely, in the perfect area, walking distance from a grocery store/ coffee shop etc. Amie was always available when needed if minor issues came up during my stay and quickly acted on them. She's a kind and warm person and always made me feel very welcomed in her house. I stayed for 5 months for a travel healthcare contract and had everything I needed. The back patio is so nice to sit at with coffee in the morning. I felt an abundance of privacy with having a back door and quiet space to relax after work. I also loved interacting with her two adorable pups and cats!

10/10 Would Live Here Again

I cannot say enough good things about Amie and her place! This location is super nice, you are right on the edge of the Broadmoor neighborhoods! Super close to North Cheyenne Canon park which has tons of beautiful trails, and only 10 minutes to the zoo (it's a good one). You will be a little south from most hospitals but the drive to any of them is so easy, just a quick jump onto 25. Close to Manitou and OCC which have tons of cute shops and great places to eat. The neighborhood is quiet and super safe, and the back patio is a dream in the warmer months! The shared entrance is really no big deal and I never felt like I was lacking privacy. Amie is the sweetest; so helpful and accommodating. We ended up becoming friends and it was such a pleasant experience all around. She's a great landlord, fair and responsive! 10/10 would recommend!
