Great location, friendly owners, very clean rooms!
Stayed here for 4 months during an internship. Location was very convenient, close to downtown Burlingame and area is very quiet and nice. Patty and her husband are incredibly friendly and responsive. Rooms are clean and have all the amenities needed.

Spacious unit close to everything
I stayed at Pattys unit in Burlingame this summer for an internship and had a great experience. The location is amazing, just a short walk to the Burlingame Caltrain station and downtown, and it's also very safe walking to and from, even at night. Safeway is also nearby which was really convenient for groceries. The place was very clean with a big bedroom and bathroom, plus a full kitchen that had everything I needed. The laundry room downstairs was also a big plus. We did have a small ant problem at one point, but Patty and her husband provided ant baits right away and the issue was solved quickly. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would love to stay here again!

Awesome place
I absolutely loved staying at Patty's apartment! I lived here for 9 months with my son. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The view of the garden and all the beautiful sunlight made the space so cozy and inviting. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything I could possibly need. The kitchen was a real highlightso well-equipped! The unit is located behind the main house, offering plenty of privacy. It also feels very safe, and there are always parking spots available on the street. Patty and her husband are truly wonderful hostskind, thoughtful, and always ready to help with anything. The neighborhood is peaceful and charming, and I loved being able to walk to the Caltrain Station and Burlingame Avenue with its great restaurants and cafs. Plus, being so close to Highway 101 made it super convenient to go both to San Francisco and to Palo Alto. I couldnt have asked for a better place to stay!
