Rent at your own rest I suggest you should not

the landlords unprofessional and hostile behavior. She repeatedly harassed me about rent despite a 5-day grace period in the agreement. She also offered me rides to work, then later tried charging me for them even though payment was never discussed and I had my own transportation money. She repeatedly texted and harassed both travelers over issues we knew nothing about, then charged us $48 for cleaning and supplies without agreement. She also falsely accused us of taking a bleach bottle and squeegee, which we did not take. In addition, she invaded private shared areas, locked us out of the laundry room, and only returned $200 of my $300 deposit without proper explanation. I would never rent from this landlord again. Rent at your own risk.

Cheryl has been amazing. I had some unexpected changes and she accomendated me from start to finish from the very beginning. She even helped to packed up some of my belongings when I couldn't make it back to pack. She allowed me to leave my car parked in her driveway well after I moved out. She gave me a sound machine to use and updated the locks for key use at my request. Cheryl's a true gem

Nice Spot

I enjoyed staying at Cheryl's place. Newly renovated and very clean. It was a plus to have easy access to a W/D. The location also was not far from the hospital I was contracted at. Cheryl was very responsive to inquires. A really great place for any traveler!

Review

Staying in Cheryl's basement apartment was the very thing I needed at the time! I had just gotten a new job downtown and I needed a place to stay while I try to get up on my feet to eventually finally a long term place! Cheryl was very clear and consistent with communication which is something I value! I had a wonderful time staying there and Cheryl did everything in her power to make sure that my stay was comfortable and family oriented!

Central Location Very Peaceful

Cheryl was an amazing Host. First off, it was so refreshing having a female host as some of my experiences with male hosts have been a little sketchy. I prefer clean honest communications with people as a women from the Northeast Coast. I don’t, nor does anyone have time for that. She was also very professional and easily draws up monthly leases, and accommodated all of my needs as a tenant in a timely and friendly manner.

I stayed at Cheryls place for over a two month period and it was a lovely place and felt home with the family. Cheryl is very communicative, caring, helpful and very friendly. The quiet space helped me to focus on my study, attend to all my classes and apply for very many jobs. It felt like we created friendship over the period of time. Enjoyed our hike together and long conversations on life and spirituality. Thank you Cheryl

Best Ever

Cheryl's rental was the best ever. She always made me feel safe, comfortable with a lot of convenience. Overall, it was a very good experience. Loved Haw Creek area

Cheryls rental is very nice. Its a ranch basement that has been completely renovated with numerous windows for natural light, fresh mountain air and the sounds of birds and crickets. I enjoyed the light dimmer to keep the space cozy and the washer and dryer are right off the kitchen. The queen bed was very comfy and the shower pressure was strong. I travel with my dog so the greatest perk was the grassy level fenced in yard right out back. Coco loved playing frisbee and lounging in the sun. Haw Creek is a great area with Whole Foods, CVS and Hollywood feed very close and it took only 10 minutes to get downtown. Unfortunately my visit was cut short due to Hurricane Helene, but I would definitely rent there again. Cheryl was very responsive to my needs. Highly recommend.

Amazing!!!!

I stayed with this lovely lady and her daughter for 13 weeks and it was the best travel home I have had in the last 6 years of traveling. You couldn't ask for more friendly, caring, welcoming and overall amazing people to rent from. I miss them already!
