A three-bedroom apartment, I have one bedroom, and my daughter and all of her equipment use what would have been the dining room as her bedroom. The building is a quiet building right off Lakeshore Drive and overlooking the lake. Despite being in "Boystown," this part of the neighborhood is quiet and friendly, with a lot of dogs, runners, bike riders, and easy access to everything.
