Great place, great host!

I stayed at Kevin's place for 3 months and had a truly awesome experience. Kevin is an extremely nice and respectful guy, and even after I suffered a small injury he went above and beyond to help me out around the house and make sure I had help when I needed it. I never had any issues with the bedroom which has a nice closet, desk, TV, and bed. The best thing about this spot is the location, everything you could possibly need (including the beach) is less than 5 minutes walk from the building. 5 out of 5!

The Gold Standard of a Guy

Kevin is the type of guy you want to talk to after a long day at work. I stayed at Kevin's place for a month as I started my new job. Kevin was so kind and easy to live with. His place is walking distance from so many of the great PB bars and restaurants, and perfect for daily walks along the beach, yet is far enogh away that you are never imapcted by the noise. The property is gated and quiet, and has access to shopping carts that you can take on the 2 minute walk to the grocery store. He gave me decent closet and dresser space, my own tv in my room with all the chanels you would need, and access to on-property washer and dryer.

I stayed at Kevin's place for the month of October. It was the perfect location for walking to restaurants, the beach, and grocery stores. The bedroom is comfortable and has a fair amount of closet space for clothes. The bathroom is clean and is a nice size. Kevin is the most considerate and kind person you will ever meet. I highly recommend Kevin's place, and I would definitely stay here again.
